Springlife is a conference and function venue in Springwood, on Brisbane’s southside. Easy South East Freeway access, 100 free onsite parks, and spaces from a handful of people to a 500-seat combined auditorium.

Our conference centre is located in Springwood, Logan on the south side of Brisbane, with easy access to the South East Freeway and plenty of free onsite parking. We offer a variety of spaces that are modern, well equipped and functional. Adhoc bookings are available Monday to Friday during the day. Ongoing or long-term tenants are welcome. Sunday is not available for hire. Current vacancies for regular tenancy include weeknights, Saturdays etc. Sorry, no private functions. Everything from a cosy room for a handful to a 500 person auditorium with full sound, projectors, AV and lighting system. We can legally cater up to 720 people. Tea and coffee facilities, morning and afternoon teas, and light lunches can be catered for.
Auditorium 1
Our largest room with built-in sound, twin projectors, lighting, and a raised stage. 300 theatre or 150 banquet.
Auditorium 2
Flexible rear auditorium that can stand alone or combine with Auditorium 1. 200 theatre or 100 banquet.
Meeting rooms
Three naturally lit rooms with their own air-conditioning. Combine rooms 2 and 3 for a larger workshop.
AV included
Screens, speakers, whiteboard, and lectern come with the room. Full concert sound and lighting in Auditorium 1.
Catering
Tea and coffee, morning and afternoon teas, and light lunches. Commercial kitchen available.
Parking and access
100 free onsite carparks including disabled bays, wheelchair access, and a covered verandah.

When can we hire a room?
Ad hoc bookings are available Monday to Friday during the day. Ongoing and long-term tenants are welcome. Sunday is not available for hire.
Do you host private functions?
No. Springlife is a conference and function venue for meetings, training, and similar events — not private social functions.
Are discounts available?
Yes. Regular users, church groups, and other not-for-profit organisations can ask about discounted rates. Prices include GST and are subject to change.
Is setup included?
Self-service setup is available. A setup and pack-down service is $50 per hour if you would rather we do it.
