Auditorium 1 AV package: $60/hour – includes: audio technician, full integrated sound system with hearing loops, dual ceiling-mounted data projectors, stage lighting, audio recording of the event (on request)
 Portable data projector – $75
 Portable PA and microphone – $150
 Aud 1 main PA and microphones (without operator)- $200
 Grand piano – $150
 Pianist – $150 per hour

Tea trolley with large Urn – $60 per day
Tablecloths Hire – $12 per cloth/event
Commercial Kitchen Hire – $60/hour

Set up and Pack down service – $40/hour
Extra cleaning – $40/hour
